Hope Housing Frome CIC is a community-focused social enterprise dedicated to tackling homelessness and social exclusion. Our mission is to provide and manage high-quality supported housing for vulnerable individuals in Frome, Somerset, and our neighbouring local communities.
We don't just provide shelter; we deliver the essential guidance and structured support our residents need to acquire, rebuild, and permanently maintain an independent, settled, and thriving way of life.
